I am not a huge zombie fan, however, I am a massive turn based strategy game fan. This game is really fun, dosent get boring like hunters ep 1(so far) and I am very much recommending this game as a must buy for any fan of the genre. Well done, and worth the price. Btw- hunters isnt bad, just needs more content)

A very good strategy game. Solid gameplay. Odd that you have to divide your skill points between all characters. My only complaint is that in the character screen, all the soldiers look like very old men.

This game is absolutely awesome! It brings forward the style and game play of classic tactical turn-based games like X-Com while updating the genre with amazing graphics and playability. It offers such features as Opportunity Fire and Squad-Based play. This genre was long-overdue and Tactical Soldier raises the bar significantly for all other games in the future. Bravo!!

High quality game for the price! My only issue is that this game is not the 7+ hours its advertised as being - took me a little over 5 hours to complete without skipping the cut scenes. Hopefully the developers are reasonable when they price their add-on campaigns. Regardless, the quality and fun factor of this game more than makes up for this. This is a must have for any turn-based-strategy fans, and is a great game for those new to the genre. If I could compare it to any hit game out there, Id say it closely resembles Metal Gear Ac!d - which was one of many of Kojimas masterpieces. Thumbs up to the developers for pulling this genre off on the iPhone, and heres to hoping the new campaigns are released soon!

Since I downloaded the update, I cant resume my game. All i get is a black screen and music. This is a five star game that is one star now that its unplayable. Fix it !

The game is great, I would love the ability to carry a back up weapon but other than that, I love this game, unfortunately after the forth or fifth stage I now cannot continue, just black screen with sound only so please fix. Brand new 4th gen 8gb iPod. Thank you.

So I am a fan of turn based games. Never found them fun. This game looked neat. All I can say is wow!! Its so fantastic. The graphics are okay. The camera system is great. Its fun and challenging. Really have to work hard. The few things that are needed... - the camera during battles sometimes automatically moves and walls block the action - sometimes I do the wrong thing because the controls are a tad touchy. It would be nice to have an undo button. Maybe once per turn or something. -should be easy. Medium and hard mode. -A brightness control. - the intro video is very loud This app is awesome 5/5

Far better than most of the pointless games in the app store, but there are a lot of rough edges. The game logic is shabby. There should be no way you miss a target at point blank range with a shotgun. The characters tend to drop grenades at their feet instead of tossing them at monsters. The gunners always pick the farthest target to shoot at not the ones in their face attacking them. Bad gameplay = lazy developers. Playtest a little more, fix the annoyances and then it is a good game. Till then I think Ill move on to something more polished.

Ode to the old Xcom game, this one brings back great memories. Great job on this one.

The only complaint I have is that it take place on a military base, so wheres all the ammo? Many times the "strategy" comes down to "how do I avoid running out of bullets". Punching zombies in the face doesnt seem like a good idea.

Great fun with lots of turn based strategy. I love the comic book story telling that gives the game a unique flavor. I highly recommend this game.

Very simple, campaign isnt very long and it is fairly easy. This is nothing compared to the depth of XCOM Enemy Unknown - buy that instead!

Not bad, but too simplistic and battles take forever, I mean, zombies are so damn slow...
